Refund policy

Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges, and all sales are final.

However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, please contact us at bellen@bellenbetan.com within 30 days of the delivery confirmation date with a photo of the issue and your order number. We will review your request and, at our discretion, arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you, typically processed within 5–7 business days.
